Just fooling people by forcefully asking employees to give good reviews. Don't trust any good reviews here. The worst management ever I have worked with. Anuj the COO of this organisation is such an egoistic person and doesn't stick on his own words. They don't have enough space if all the employees come in office some have to sit outside in common area. The whole management has a habit of digging in others personal life. They just throw quarterly party by showing all the employees a good work culture but frankly speaking the work culture is non-existent. Many of the old people has left the organisation and they are just working with some of the new interns. Many new people joins & leave the organisation within a month. The job discription they show is completely different from the roles they are hiring for. Don't trust at all. This is just a tip of iceberg

No standard policies followed, it depends on your role They will not care once your role is no more worth No major projects No work life balance Co founders lack morals and values , all they care is work No timings for technicals They will force you to come to their co-working spaces no matter you will have seat availability or not
