Video Editing department head Subir Kumar Biswas is a stupid person. He wants to edit 60s editing. And he is also a toxic boss. There were more than 60 video editors which is now 6. People quit because of low salaries and low increments.

Increments.... Every month we get salary on time but fair increments and promotions also necessary to boost the enthusiasm in employees.

They hiring of the upper management is wrong. Compony is good platform is excellent but wrong selection of the bosses sometimes make the atmosphere toxic. And giving all responsibility to shift in incharge is not good at all.

Well..working in ETV Bharat feels that you have committed some crime and for that u have been put up in that jail. Being a journalist you can't even do the things you ideally should be doing ..No phones are allowed ..You can only take break for half hour during the whole day..And the work culture is so destructive
