Work culture is extremely bad, they make you get up at 4 in the morning for a class in different time zone and don't even pay if the students end up cancelling the class last minute. So you wake up and get ready and at the end there is no class or no money. The pay is very bad, they charge clients in dollars but pay in very small amount irrespective of the hard work you put in.
