You don’t find proper culture at this place. And they just build good rapport with you in initial days just to retain you and slowly you just get to know about the people there..! They just exaggerate about promoting into ownership soon within 6 months 1 year and all just to lure you..! And many more to say..! Better don’t waste your time working there..! Find some good organisation to work with..!

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
