Everything!!! Ethnic World Enterprises is a big fat lie.They manipulate & lie to their potential staff during interviews, harass presently employed staff, workers & vendors. The clients are not spared of their game of manipulation. No surprise they are on the verge of loosing existing clients and with no new orders, the future of this proprietor business is shaky & bleak. Mistreating the vendors, raising debit notes to earn profit margins, forcing the staff to sign one-sided contracts to play safe are some tricks they implement always. Minimum or no yearly increments is a norm here, no fair leave structure, forceful working conditions, lack of amenities and the list can go on. The so called management, comprises of the boss himself and his pet- the Merchandiser-turned-operations-manager-in-the-making. Both are a team of self-centered, mean, gossip queen kind people with vested interests. and both lack professional approach, leadership and foresightedness. There is a lot to write about this doomed organisation but I hope that the potential employees have got a brief of what to expect if they ever choose to be employed at Ethnic World Enterprises.
