The company is believe by giving familiarization training for newly hired professionals and skill gaps of crews are maintained on- job training. The company covers education fees for company's workers. The spirit of the crew team has a wonderful and cooperative culture.

Dislikes

The main problem of the company is the higher managerial level officers most of the time the benefits of the workers was missed due to un intangible reasons like annual bonus, annual salary increment and safety shoes and cloths.
