Company is supporting us during lockdown. We are getting 50% of our salaries in time. Company also gave us Circular that on July onwards they will clear our deducted salaries every month as a 10% with our full salaries.

I didn't like to work with Ethicare Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd..

Dislikes

Every thin dislike, we can not develop our skill to work with Ethicare, We are only compromised with our work, our Employer & our salary, Management is very poor, & factory manager(Plant head) always reporting wrong things to Director , about work & about all things.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
