always there will be salary issue, every month they cut salary for n number of reason. Worst management ever. so much mental stress because of management .

There’s nothing to like here. Management is the worst part of this company. All the reviews seeing in portals were written by their management jokers. The only good reason to work here is you ll have hell lot of pressure on you and your survival skills will improve.

The management. Starups are always open to challenges new inventions and learning. Here its all about updating tickets.

The organization is in need of robots not human to work where they want a person to monitor 10 tools at a same time, definitely management need a to find solution before people run out of organization and as I observed it's basically a family business where many top position people are from single family.

• Opportunity to develop interesting and challenging projects from scratch • Encouraged to learn new tools, technologies and platforms as and when required • Friendly and supportive work environment and management

Dislikes

• No dedicated project manager or team lead for software development, due to which the projects don't always follow proper software development practices such as user stories, unit tests and integration tests • Salary is decent but can be better

I am working for the past 3 years in this company. And handled a lot of projects. What I like about this company is that you can own the project as your own. The management and CEO are good and very helpful.
