...nd the management is transparent. They maintain clean and hygienic working area. Company is concerned about salary distribution timing, hence they are very punctual regarding payments. They give good salary hikes and bonuses.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management of issues is not fair so far. Commissions for extra work/sales is hard to achieve but they are pretty quick on deducting the salary according to certain terms/conditions.

I had learn a lot of things about working culture, communication skills, problem solving skills, sales closing and lean leading

Dislikes

Target based job and salary deduction if any one not meet to target.

Likes

They provide you unpaid training for a week and timely briefings. That's all.

Dislikes

... working from the beginning of the company and are flattering them all the time. Unnecessary deductions are made in the salary. They trick the candidates about the salary, like they will say that they gonna provide you 15000, but at the end of the month, you will be having only 5000- 7000 in your hands. Reasons, unexpected.... Don't waste your time, one can hardly manage the travelling expenses working there.

It is great place to work as it leads to wholesome development of an employee. It provides great opportunities to grow your carier and have excellent environment. All the employees and employer work as one family.
