upper management is good however, Middle manager (including Plat head) is useless, self centered and insensitive. They can take any calls and ask you to leave just to satisfy their ego and make you feel useless for Living. - HR Policies are kept somewhere covered with the layers or I should say their is no Policy as such - HR does not do core work of People management - No 360 degree Feedback taken for any Leadership roles - People do Frauds and still work happily in the org - Production Bosses are only the Dictators and not the real leaders - People get Job here only with the reference and guess what? Manager takes Bribe - Hardworkers are being Hardworkers and luckiest are the A**L**k*rs - HR is spineless and do not do any reality check and just fir people - If you are Chaatu, you be like a king, get promoted, get OT and everything else u need to leave the company at high level of mental cruelty

Because ,Eternity technology working culture is good for all employee's .Equally behaviour and motivation for employee's to Improve skills .Working stander is also good.

salary Increment is very slow.
