Politics Company have poor vision 35yrs old company only have 1200-1300 cr business. Zero respect to technocrats. If want to survive in this company you have to know buttering and obey to your management. Yes boss ... Yes boss is the key to your success

The company provides moderate compensation and benefits. I love their strict regulations and policies. In R&D work time is maintained properly. Just before the lockdown company laid off 50% of R&D strength. They are not supporting at all during this period.

Dislikes

The company preferred to have poor quality candidates with lower CTC. Management do not give importance to the people with chemistry background. Also management is not open to research and innovation, therefore it is difficult to improve skills and knowledge. They are not open to accept people from different region. It is very difficult to work in negative environment.

...o carrier growth prospect the Hr is of no use and under pressure on the Union. Compensation is very less compared to the work. Incident s are very common as the cost is preferred over Safety.

Only it is located near to Pune approx 75 km. those who wants to live in or near to Pune , it is better for them.

No job security in this company... when you will reach higher salary.. they will thrown out of company on increment date. 2.Every person in the company works in the fear of his job security. 3.Very worst company... 4. If u are fresher or not getting job in Market then U can do job till I get next job and leave this company. 5 I worked here for 4 yrs and wasted my one year in that due to my manager was worst man.... 6 No canteen facility 7 Peoples do politics and downgrade you. 8 Very worst culture about job security.

No positive points in the company. Management is least interested to treat people working at factory level as human.

Dislikes

Eveything here is bad. If you trap by taking job at higher salary you will be in hell. The company do not have any ethics and extremely toxic culture. Least bother of life of people and safety of factory persons. Can fired without any notice anytime
