The company is open to all those who have love to hard work and innovation, I have very much learn of my tenure.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is quite slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend customer calls in the evening and sometimes in late night. Senior Manager don't value an individuals unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciate emails and messages from my client, but mostly go unnoticed during my mid years appraisals.

Dont ever try here.. This is the worst company i have ever worked... They force me to wash cars and do paid services.... Though i was a supervisor....
