Always make you fool through the year you not have done by this way or anything. will say its hybrid but make pressure come office all the day and when you want work from home need to provide them a justification for each things even need to provide justification for leaves. Specially Rohit raman is culprit in india who makes your life worst everyday.

In my experience, Etek International has a toxic work culture and offers very limited opportunities for learning and growth. The company's environment is not conducive to professional development, and I found it difficult to advance or improve my skills there. I would not recommend it as a place to build a career.

There's nothing good in the company as it has Poor Work Life balance and Benefits, No appraisal at all. no one in the history of this company ever gets Variable component. Only known persons of management will get promotions. Nepotism is at its peak over her. You never know when company might feel they're in losses overnight and next day they'll ask you to resign and if you don't do it they'll threaten you that they'll spoil career. There's no skill development. No learning at all. This company is a scam, Fraud, Plague.

It's my immance pleasure to work with the company that think about the employees and provide training on self development and trustworthy, empathy,open minded, taking constant of each employee, management is belonging from Vipassana meditation and peace of mind and same extended to each employee and customer as well.
