The companies culture,team and flexibility is very good. I like the transparency and generosity of seniors is very helpful and good. People helps each other and grow. That's very rare quality in teams. Team is 100% remote since last year (Feb2020) and everything is properly fine, here we are working with different states people's. So overall am very happy to earn from home. :)

Dislikes

Well as company is startup we are growing slowly but the on-job learning is not so good, freshers have to struggle, i think its everywhere though.

EtechDreams is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of the team. Highly-Quality work and has a global client base. My colleagues are best and we work happily in collaboration. Another plus point is my Boss (Joginder Rohilla) he is are Effective Role Model.
