Skill development and job satisfaction. We're give sole responsibility of a large project, which in other MNCs might be handled by a team. This leads to a balanced knowledge in all areas of machine design as well asjob satisfaction and a sense of achievement upon completion of a project.

Dislikes

Highly unprofessional upper management, immense work pressure, unrealistic deadlines, terrible package and lack of respect towards employees by the management.
