As usual all companies have politics and ego and attitude in their work and that doesn't suits me fine

Pros: Markets reliable product, high quality products and has a global brand value. Work life balance. Reputed company in HVAC market. Very good management. We learn lots of knowledge. Job security Limited but very good client base Cons: Nothing is there

It was a very wonderful experience that i had a part of vrf team.it helped me to gather technical knowledge and enhance my experience..

There is no job training for anyone.ones have to learn only through senior ,Manual and by day to day work.Also the product and spare price is quite expensive compared to rest companies.

As far as teammates and colleagues are concern, all are very supportive and their best part is they are from different different backgrounds but we never felt that we are alone we work as a ETA family.

Very good cordination among commercials,logistics,service. Learned a lot from seniors and top level managers.
