It is a good place to learn and grow. Work culture is also good.

Dislikes

The company have a startup culture so the work pressure is high sometimes. Compensation and benefits are not as good as MNC's. When I was there about 3 years back Job security was terrible. My many friends got fired. WFH is not like other MNC's .

Our mentors have a open door policy, where people can have a open discussion and share their suggestions which will be taken up and acted upon. The company policies are employee centric and one will find a fabulous work-life balance here and an opportunity to make a difference as well as impact.
