Otherwise no room for others here at least. Vacant positions doesn't give license for not achieving your Budget. Esteve Marketing Head: Please leave Esteve if you are not adhere on the above guidelines. Don't waste your time here as we are not willing to tolerate Non Performance anymore. Time is passed to have patience.

salary policy are very poor. first month salary time par aa jayegi uske bad ki koi guarantee nhi hai. bs sale or collection should be on time as per management . company ke pas fund issue hai.. its a startup

...nagement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade forchiling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resing. On the job training is not given to new joiness.

Plus the company ensures we have the access to latest tech tools and devices, ensuring we have everything we need to excel in our roles. However some employees have taken advantages of this generosity by not returning the company properties like Tablets and Laptops while leaving. Even what is more frustrating that some of these individuals even complain about settling there salaries without returning what belongs to the company, which creates unnecessary issues. That said, the work environment remains balanced with a friendly atmosphere. For those who are looking to grow their career in a supportive and friendly environment, this is a great place to be.
