I like the Work environment and learning in company premises.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Nothing....except salary is on time.

Only few power pillars who are involved in decision making, succession planning is totally missing......retired people are not at all willing to move out to make way for others.......communication from top to bottom is total chaos.......they rarely are able to identify their hard working and contributing peoples......yes man is the best policy in Ester......senior mgt does not have a plan to develop down the line team......dont rely on their words and commitments.....extremely selfish

Manager driven company,nothing much to learn in that organisation.Compensation are not so much good even in my case i didn't get my increments from last one year.

Good place for people with no ambition in their life.

Dislikes

Biased work culture and alot of politics. Management isn't interested in business growth and keep making plans without any basis and agreement with partners.

Residential colony provided by company if you want live with your family. If u are a bachelor than they provide boys hostel, which might be a good deal.

Dislikes

It's like a lala type company, poor management, No safety, Average salary increment, No skill development.
