...s seniority so hardly anybody leaves if you want promotion if will take forever. Appraisal is slow because your already hires with the best salary in the market. Initially they use to travel a lot for work now it's slow pace until and unless your working for the mother brand Estee Lauder. Learning is to the maximum if you open your head and positive work environment. They appreciate what the staffs do and try to make us initiate what best we could do and always ask for success story or the other way around. Give us enough space so work life balance is excellent.

It was a great pleasure working at Estee Lauder Companies Ltd. I have learnt a lot in terms of skills, education, respect, time management, reporting managers are helpful, to work independently, emotional connect wth everybody. If I get a chance I want to join back to Estee Lauder. I loved working for Clinique for 13yrs, 5m it was a superb journey for me and Iam proudly saying Estee Lauder (ELCA) is the best company to work wth and I am really missing. I left with a big heart due to lots of partial things happening around.

When it comes to dislike there is only one thing to say . Pls don't overlook the hardwork and Dedication of the person when thers IJP rolled out for position of District Manager. Every Employee waits for such a golden opportunity but when thers favouritism, bias, well wisher in the company. It gets very difficult to take that rejection for IJP and it has kept on happening continuously in the company. So need to put a stop bcoz you loose a good employee against bias /politics behaviour. Sorry, If I have spoken too much.

Sometimes when the store is short staffed, lot of pressure comes on you. It's not our fault of the company hasn't hired staff.. Promotion also a problem... Over-all good except these challenges.

No work-life balance for retail employees they treat you like you don't even have a family at home no leaves even sick leaves also from October to December for front-end employees such a toxic culture

They have a learning culture, let you explore a lot and let you make mistakes. You will be pushed to do beyond your capabilities in a good way with the right support

Salary and increments are below market levels and continue to be so after all round feedback
