Basically It's a software company generally deals with the client regarding the application development.It has a great infrastructure,good work environment so that one person can feel free to work with so called great opportunity for the fresher to learn and implement something.

As it present in BHUBANESWAR so the salary is less as compared to other companies.

HR people are little bit friendly towards the employees.

...t have any project for Java people.only POC. No career growth.. No learning... No Salary...only you will waste your valuable time if you will work this organisation.

Best part of ESSPL is it’s culture and working there always felt like family.

Dislikes

Compensation & Benefits can take a backseat if we compare with others but given the Tier 2 city location, it is justified. Performance Management is not great and can be improved.

ESSPL is one of those employee first companies that I had worked for, perfect work balance, excellent place for beginners and the senior management

Dislikes

The salary negotiation at the HR is very tough, they take full advantage of your bench situations and try to on-board you for even 30% less than your past salary, some of the senior managers are too possessive and don't let new comes into the projects so easily, they are not open for new changes

Likes

There are lots of things to learn. It's a small organisation so you are able to do more stuff as compared to larger organisation.

Dislikes

Work culture is toxic and unprofessional. Salary wise they are also not good enough.. for promotion you have to be someones favourite.
