Compensation is decent, buy growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Somtimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometime last into the night.

They provide 3 to 4 days training in the start and help you to get used to work you are in. That is the best part.

Dislikes

Salary issue. Hike is really less when you are in field job. Means you are working in a routine where you have to make yourself available for 24*7 per week and amount you get is really miserable.

As per my experince people are support me but managemnet level needs to improve very hard for old employee if he/she contiuing work with long time.I hope company

The company is very fast in regarding project and operation completed successfully as per customer satisfaction.I feel that very good platform for learner's where employee can show his ability.
