The company readily adopts latest technology.

Dislikes

...pay NHIF and NSSF for employees despite them having included it on the contract. They don't pay salaries on time and sometimes completely,then after you resign they don't clear you out, like myself it's now almost 8mnth but they never paid my outstanding salary. They keep on saying that the company has no money.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
