Literally everything, the leave policies, toxic seniors toxic management, lowest salary imaginable no promotions, too much office politics, management is literally shetty family instead of professional management. Join only if you have nothing else otherwise don't. They also make you sign a mandatory bond at the lowest salary imaginable and they won't increase it in between no matter how much you perform. The sandwich live policies are the worst. Even in the worst Rains Of Mumbai they will make you come compulsory even if your job doesn't require you to come and you can do it work from home, I have seen people on the bench from over 1 to 2 years and they being paid a much higher salary since their seniors where is juniors who work much harder and bring in the cash, they will get treated like trash and paid the lowest salary. Did I say you have to work for 6 days a week and then rest for one day and do 6 days again

The only thing I would say that I liked about working here was the colleagues, they are really helpful and I was blessed to be working here with few of the best people I have met in my career.

Dislikes

... someone was terminated as they asked for a fair chance to negotiate few terms]. Salary/appraisals/bonus-happen as and when they deem fit. There are no other benefits like PF/insurance-get your own if you want to.There is no work-life balance, meetings go on for up to late-nights. No job security; you can be handed a TL for any reason. Only those who can say yes to everything the bosses have to say will survive here. Otherwise if you have your own character or standards of life you will either land up leaving this place in no time or just killing yourself. No place for thinking minds, no innovation; just follow the orders that are given and you are good.

Company culture is toxic and manipulative. Ethical employees should refrain from joining this company. No concern about employees. Higher management is 3rd class. Please do not sign any kind of bond with them. HR will not tell you about bond. There is no such thing as bond in India. There are many great companies to work for. Please be patient even if you don't have job but do not join this company and spoil your life.

There is nothing to like about this company. Management cannot be trusted. Rest is your call.

2 year's of bond toxic work culture micro-management, office infra, No water in washroom 2-3 days on a week. No pantry service, even though they are not interested to change the filter of their water dispensers. So please note before joining this company please purchased a 2 litre water bottle It will help you to get hydrated and sometimes you can also use your water in emergency when you stuck in washroom

The Company culture is excellent, all the seniors are very helpful and always guides us for learning new technology. The onboarding process is very smooth and our HR dept is very helpful. Under the guidance of our CEO and founders Mr.Nityanand Shetty Sir and Mrs. Seema Shetty Madam we are encouraged to tackle new projects and we are getting great opportunities in cybersecurity domain. Mr. Vaibhav Chaudhari has always shown trust upon me and assigned me new projects for self growth as well as inculcated new technologies into me.
