It is very relative about one's experience pertaining to satisfaction level. In my case, I had bitter experience, while others may not have same experience. But, the company is one of the leading companies in India and there's job security.

Dislikes

The mischievous person also get ample space if s/he has some linkage at top level. Low salary in regard to experience and education to the consultants and bad aspect is that key staffs are under contractual and outsourced.

Likes

...re is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Overall is good .

Likes

1.No job security 2.Non odia people hates odia people in work culture. 3. Boss wants to recruit his own relatives. 4.policy is made for showing as it is in in paper, no implemention of work life balance.

Dislikes

Company does not implement it policy in practical ground. Violation of work life balance policy. Company wants to transfer employees so that he will not work for long.

Likes

We have joined 15 peoples as DET since 2010 august, at that time project not stable, nature of job for Electrical and mechanical no so good, so that no future exposure, IRS system is not applicable to us, so we are not getting such opportunities to growth, HR are not evaluate the campus selected people, also no get single promotion still now. Project is limited.

Dislikes

For Diploma Engineering student, not so growth for career, HR are not evaluate properly that true working person are not get rewarded.

Likes

Group occommodation and communication facilities are good other than the group.

Dislikes

1. Mostly seniors are not maintained the profesionalizim method and behivour. 2. Very poor cummnication link to other departments , so that employees are not given better porfermance to group. 3. Unit head/Functional head didn't touch directly to battam lavel staff , according the group policy everyone can same in frofesionalizim system , so that group brand image decreased 4. Apprisual rating system is very poor , many employees are suffering/ harassment by DH , if not closer relationship with DH.
