- The opportunities for most of the departments are bare minimum. If you ought to learn, you need to train yourself. There is no opportunity related to work you do. - HR policies are just a compliance. If you look at the benefits, none is available. No HR will ever help you out even if it is their job. - No proper tax saving culture is introduced here. Also benefits at the time of hiring is there on papers. You wont be able to avail them without getting yourself annoyed to the core.

- No clear HR policies They cut UK visa cost as I did not go to UK for office trip still they will cut from salary. - Limited technical growth - Most of the decision are made by manager and there is not Direct HR policy.

I joined as mechanical engineering graduate GET in project engineering in July 2023 and here is the review : Pathetic HR policies. They suddenly canceled holiday eid which was earlier a compulsory holiday as per their calender. In the holiday calender it is written that Saturday is also a holiday. But since the company gave holiday on the day of Ram mandir consecration ceremony, they called all employees on following Saturday while no HR showed up that day. They claim to have work from home policy and advertise it to new joinees. But in reality their is strict no to work from home. Lots of unnecessary and uncalled for work which creates chaos for employees. No proper system of work. Employees are leaving this company as their is no future here.
