Same Position offered for GET and 3 Experience candidate with same salary. As there is not good compensation also. Alway ask for CTC break before offer acceptance. Variable amount is included in CTC. No hikes in salary and more deduction from Gross salary.

...gram for round the clock shift person is not given in proper period of interval. Salary growth is very slower for recent work employees than new cummors.
