...ing you can keep useless ppl just because they are relatives or close friends Biggest problem - salary never on time, forget abuout FnF Me and many of my team mates including Project manager had filed case under labour law to get the FnF and it took 4 months, thats too with the help of labour law dept

Friendly work environment, new learning opportunities and many onsite opportunities.

Very few things which one can answer about dislikes is like salary delayed every month by 1 or 2 days but not more than that. Apart from that everything is fine.

It was very worst experience to worked with Espire Infolab, Management is very bad they don't know how to manage project and team, they pressurize the employees to work on weekend and manager's used abusing language and said it's normal, so guys I suggest please don't join that company even they hold the salaries of employees

There is nothing to like as per working at Espire Infolabs. You just have to work nothing exciting in company.

They are worst payment cycle. Change in Increment Date is very common. Salary mostly got delayed. Performance bonus got delayed by 1 years

... upcoming nd current project in MERN stack so you need to apply for resignation. Also they have commited for settlment of basic salary bt still i didn't get any settlement amount. Espire do not follow their rules. There are no any job security
