...y has no planning and no ethics. The company is completely dependent on Ra Bill. Salary and bike facility come after 2 months. The behavior of the MD and PM of the company is very bad.

As far I think, the company is totally depends upon RA bills of project and senior management wakeup at the time of completion of the project.

The company is good for those who wants something new and wants to explore themselves. The top management(projects) take keen interest in the daily work record on site.

Private jobs have many pros and cons but it fully depends upon you;how you can manage or build up your own growth within the team.

I enjoyed with my work and satisfied but can not developed my skills. There is no future guarantee for carrier. There is no facilities. Only directors praise to employee and maintain well work place.

No notice period to payoff any employee And growth is slow.
