Some senior Manager is very bad nature they need training how to handle team you can not work they call 15 to 20 times a day so you can not focus on your work they instruct all the day 15 times In day so your work like a office boy and his assistant

Job Security,without satisfactory conversation by HR, Management is not understanding,how they run Company,they are Very Talented,but I think they need to think as owner of Company to run.

I had joined Esme to get the exposure of manufacturing set-up. Able to explore factory operations and sales process..

Company has to work on individual growth, learnings, long terms goals and vision. There was no HR policy and development programs.

Impatient Management, Bad way of talking with subordinates. Just naming faults at the times of increment. Totally biased, Special favors to the favorites only. You would not feel like part of the team. There are teams within the teams. Just Steer Clear from this Group.
