Flexible time to come in morning. Friendly atmosphere. Company has potential to grow exponentially due to it's founder's reputation in the industry. Comparatively more holidays. Good for those who want to start career in consultancy.

Dislikes

Old people's are working 10to7 while new joiners work from 9to9. Attrition rate is high. Exit policy is worst, 3 months notice period non-negotiable. They hire freshers or interns & get all the work done from them. Poor quality of documentation, does all copy/paste job without knowing what is written. Contractual hiring. No epf & gratuity benefits. Medical insurance amount is of only 1lakh.
