Behavior of the director is very bad and HR manager of the company thinks she is the owner of the company she gives offer letter every one after two months and said I was busy in important work and do nothing. work of the company is very bad Job is not secure in this company. They will hire you and tell you are in training period and give zero training. they assign any task to any one . one task was assign to a senior developer and then they assign it to a intern java developer with the timeline of 2 days and director will expect every task should complete in one day. Team lead Behavior is good but if you are in trouble any task or any thing your team lead will not help you. If you are a Fresher don't go in this company Its a product Base Company join any service base company you will learn a lot there. here you will learn nothing. Here Director and Hr Say we have zero politics and then they will do politics with you, So from my side Big No to this company never go in this company.

Great workplace and many opportunities are there to achieve some extra in your career growth. Top-Level management always supports your efforts and suggestions. As a marketing guy, I always searching for new things and sharing them with top management. They always encouraged my efforts and motivated me to achieve more in my domain.
