Work environment was not good, senior management was not supportive. You can't give your opinion, you can't be invotive in this company. If you want to stay in this company for long run, you have to be bootlicker.

Office infrastructure not at all good. There is no scope for improvement Founders not looking for growth Discrimination between teams from Directors No intention to build proper team for growth of company. If employee see for a good growth, then this is not a right place.

The managers' attitude is very arrogant. People behave as if they are bosses. Terrible HR Manager. Just wasted my time working here. Working here doesn't add value to your career. They don't even respect your qualifications. Not sure how these guys are even sustaining.

Freshers are a good way to start to get some experience for up to 6 months to 12 months.

Dislikes

The company doesn't follow its own credo and doesn't care about its own employees. Not much opportunity for growth. It's a startup yet management has yet to figure out a lot of problems. managing towards building product or service-based company. Need to build proper standard company culture and hard times for founders. Senior Managers very difficult to work here. No proper standard is being followed neither you will encourage to do so. Hidden micromanagement and you will lose the creativity and freedom to work on.

Dislikes

A distinct lack in growth opportunities, micromanagement and favouritism going on with a team of 3 members. They don’t appreciate your hard work. Also the sales leader they hired has lack of leadership skills and so the Founders are. They don’t value any employee and thinks company can be run by 4-5 members. Also, most importantly they don’t have a proper office to work, not a good chair, no proper toilet and even place to eat your lunch. One can face severe Hygienic issues joining this place.
