Company was better in past time but now nothing is happening good because all staff has been waiting there 3 months salary.company has shut down.

Not increament, salary time not fixed,no bonus, company shut down without any information.

Quite good and supportive teammates, company policies are a bit good.

There is lot of politics and manager doesn't gave appropriate info of anything, salary is quite good but not much, career growth is very much slow, they also sign bonds with you, they don't even listen you if things went wrong, they totally set up all in you, Not even a good and understanding environment.

Flat hierarchy. Can interact with even CEO directly. Company recognizes talented people. Good learning opportunity. No time restrictions. Flexible working hours. Freedom to explore new things in work. Friendly managers. No micro-management. Excellent work culture. No politics.

The platform set is amazing and has potential if respective people do their jobs and company is run by leaders and not designers.

Dislikes

A designer driven company with limited creativity. Repetition of styling. Basic amenities are compromised. Just like their designs the office also looks re-furbished with old materials.

Bella Manoj attitude not good she feel like company owner even she doesn't have good IQ level in design filled . Do only copy -paste that's it. I don't suggest to anyone
