Nothing so good ,who are looking higher salary & benefits, this company is not suitable for them. I Like the few points like gaining the knowledge ,career growth & opportunities are good for who are step in to the electrical field.

When u look at learning prospective, its good to approch or interactive with other depts.

Job security is completely not there, How much experience you have, it does not matter, the time come no matter about your service duration and your contribution at company.. They simply say get lost. No doubt about it

It is being led by a young dynamic MD. Average employee age is 30 yrs. Very strong in solar business.

Dislikes

Poor idea of culture on Eastern India. Not serious towards marketing policy to be adopted in different zones.
