Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Dislikes

They don't accept if you give proper resignation. It's better to abscond from such company. HoDs use words like b*st*rd for ex employees and if you resign within a very small working period. HR head is the worst person in the organisation. He doesn't know how to talk with employees. That behaviour is not acceptable. Self- boasting Heads No idea on top management.
