...ving your best, they will still judge you on your hours and not on your work. 2. arriving late by 15-20 mins will lead to a salary deduction of half a day. but they will make you work 2-3 hours extra and won't pay you for that, 3. Very IMPORTANT - they will Fool you by a bond and papers, a certain amount from every moths salary will be deducted so that that amount will be given to you at the end of the year. (this is actually your amount), But, at the time of giving that amount, they will deduct it according to their wish by adding performance issues for no reason. in 90% case, if you leave the company in the middle of the year with proper official one-month notice also, they will give your the amount. so basically you will be FOOLED. & no Proper Structure or document of that will be given to you. 4. At the time of appraisal, they will confuse you with an amount by showing it on paper, try asking them to take a photograph of that, but they will deny you to capture any photo or record. totally fraud. 5. be aware of False Promises, as they can change any Rule according to them. 6. Lots of Internal Politics, Spooning, and your performance depends on how long you sit in an office above office hours. 7. very bad infrastructure, bad chairs, low configuration PC. 8. No PF, ESI system - All fake Jugaad. No proper offer letter, No Salary slip, No extra benefits. Me & so Many ex-employees didn't get their that amount which they promised to pay at the end of the year. Think Twice Before joining and do ask ex-employees about they experiences.

...rs i am little bit not satisfied by some people and some management system also. And i aslo have some salary issue i work for 2 month but didn't get my salary at time for onces
