...eople I've never met before. they go to any level to butcher someone vulnerable. Not only that, they lie about work timing, salary before joining. Once joined, no recognition or reimbursement. Not even work life balance

3 yrs bond, if you break you have to pay 1year salary. 3 months notice period. After I agreeing all this condition. They give me offer Letter and hired me for a graphic designer role 10 days ago. And now they are firing me because of i didn't meet production percentage (which is impossible to meet that in 10 days).. Not only me. They are planned to fire a group of new joiners. 10:30 work hours per day. And if you log out on correct time they'll blame you. Night shift only for new joiners(never think about night shift allowance) . Worst thing about this company was management. I have worked in various company. Never ever seen like this. They can do anything to get good name at higher position. I'm especially mentioning one guy who holds the power. He even didn't talked nicely when firing me. I resigned my old job to get here. And now they are firing me without any proper reason. This company isn't even corporate exploitation. It is something bigger than that. Never ever think to join in this company.

Having worked here for 2.6 years, I can confidently say there are no major cons that stand out. The company values its employees and fosters a culture where everyone feels respected and heard. Any challenges faced are approached with understanding and teamwork, making it a great place to grow both professionally and personally.
