It's job security and to some extent the behavior of the owner towards the employees.

Dislikes

1. Terrible Management 2. Terrible Seniors in terms of sharing knowledge with the juniors. I guess they fill insecure about their jobs. 3. No learning and forget about skill enhancement. 4. Stupid Logics 5. Patialities at best.

Management is so cooperative specially Radhey shyam Yadav Sir and Devendra Yadav Sir and helpful during the job, we wish that we will grow in the same manner and work like a great team. I highely recommend Esage IT.

Working with eSageIT Services has been a good experience. They have an experienced Team Managers for every vetical to help the team grow in terms of knowledge and provides adequate training support. Appraisal are never delayed unless and until the employee has a drawback where he/she needs improvement. Every quarter there is a meeting with employee to understand their mindset and a feedback is provided regarding their performance. No office polictics.

Dislikes

They should promote work from home policy during non-covid period too and implement gratuity.

Before giving us Work from home, company assured us for our job security. But as the situation worsened, they finally laid us off.

Dislikes

It is overall good a good company. Owner of the company keep encouraging the employees to work, work and work. Though company's environment was cool and employees were friendly. They need a better leader.

It is very great experience to work with Esage It Services Pvt. Ltd. I learned a lot of things and have a many opportunities to growth my skills. They also perform some extra curriculum activies which really needs in work environment.

Dislikes

There are somethings which I don't like i.e, Holidays related issues but I think ,this problem is everywhere which we may be neglect.
