...licies like this which will hamper your growth, learning and financial planning. Also they will not pay your performance bonus even if it is written on your offer letter, as they think its bank's discretion. Don't join ESAF save your money and career. My only suggestion to ESAF is change full HR and bring people who are experienced in HR.

...ter relieved still they are not giving experience letter and settlement amount. I terms of bonus they given only 12000rs. Job security is not there. After joining we think like where are we stucked. Experience of ESAF bank is not countable in other organisation when we switch, that time we think like we lost our days. I am never recommended to join. I have spend my 2 yr in this organisation because I am not getting other job because there are not considering experience in ESAF BANK. They asked to come on holiday also for collection. HR is not supporting in nature.worst place to work.

Esaf culture are good. Esaf is that type of organisation where you can do various types of work and learn easily many things.ESAF staff was good. They are helping to each other and working as family. ESAF gives chance everyone if you are fresher or experience person. I love ESAF culture. If you have any problem they help as soon as possible.

...n do operation work but there was no value if you are not complete your target.. I dislikes telller salary and rent charges because I live in naxalite are la with rent and my home distance is 42 km but they didn't give to rental allowance.

Employee friendly, good working atmosphere compared with other banks.

Dislikes

Have to improve staff benefits like Home loan rate, personal loans, consumer loan, staff yearly bonus system and outstation allowances also.

Individual growth is comparitively low compared to other banks interms of salary and promotions....but work pressure amd business pressure is less compared to other private sector banks...
