Esaf is the best because it's culture is very nice and my 5 year's experience Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year

No package different for experienced & un experienced candidates... Does not Give priorities to experienced even they are different entity with the same family. Which the above is dislike of my self.

Work life balance. Approachable team leads and heads. Positive work environment. Decent opportunities.

Dislikes

...licies like this which will hamper your growth, learning and financial planning. Also they will not pay your performance bonus even if it is written on your offer letter, as they think its bank's discretion. Don't join ESAF save your money and career. My only suggestion to ESAF is change full HR and bring people who are experienced in HR.

Have to improve staff benefits like Home loan rate, personal loans, consumer loan, staff yearly bonus system and outstation allowances also.

Dislikes

Salary is not at all good and it's varies every month. Same grade employees getting different salary. Career growth is very very slow. I am completing two years in the month of February and didn't get salty hick and grade change. Don't know why the HR department giving high salary packages for freshers and giving less salary in experienced persons.
