Firstly they said they will support us but lately it doesn't. The superiors gives us much pressure and also the mental health become worst. Poor customer dealings..during trainning they said like its a hybrid type work but its purely field work. And the working time they said that its 9-5 but we have to work from 8-8:30😂

Company is good with salary and benifits but working environment and colleagues are very bad they give torture and mind f***.back there I'm worked as customer service executive(CSE) while worked there if customer couldn't pay their amount CLUSTER HEAD and CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER (CSM) give pressure to pay our money to customer account.if I refuse to do that they blackmail me to do that work....WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE PLEASE DON'T RECOMMEND THIS

...licies like this which will hamper your growth, learning and financial planning. Also they will not pay your performance bonus even if it is written on your offer letter, as they think its bank's discretion. Don't join ESAF save your money and career. My only suggestion to ESAF is change full HR and bring people who are experienced in HR.

I liked this work because I don't have to work for anyone, here the work is mine and the field is mine as well where everybody calls me Sir and Madam and doing the work depends on oneself, away from work,

Here the incentive is less and the salary is also less and the timing is also 6-45 in the morning and in the evening it is 7 to 8

It is on of the worst job i have done in my life. Unbearable work pressure and job time. And the management (the bm in my branch ) was the worst ever. If you have any other chances please take that. Dont go to this field unless u love all those pressure and job time
