Work culture was average. Am not satisfued with my salary and expence. I worked as BOM at the same time as BM also.. i managed my branch for 8 months with only 2 satffs.. i struggled that period with staff shortage and low salary. I did’t get my BOM or BM allowances because of my grade was C1. I worked as BOM & BM’s work preassure in inside and out side of the branch even JFM too, but my salary was very low. Only that reason i risigned my job.

Work life balance, HR Relationship, work on holiday ,If you are a top performer, then after submitting your resignation, they may not relieve you and may try to convince you to stay.

...ter relieved still they are not giving experience letter and settlement amount. I terms of bonus they given only 12000rs. Job security is not there. After joining we think like where are we stucked. Experience of ESAF bank is not countable in other organisation when we switch, that time we think like we lost our days. I am never recommended to join. I have spend my 2 yr in this organisation because I am not getting other job because there are not considering experience in ESAF BANK. They asked to come on holiday also for collection. HR is not supporting in nature.worst place to work.

Good for freshers for an experience and people with gaps in their job

Upper management is not good, applications used are outdated, less pay, foul language, disrespectful working environment and like every other sfb too much politics and poking in personal life

Esaf is a good for freshers... My role is BOM. Decent role.. but treated all employees as same. Comparatively to other bank Esaf is the best to work

Poor management, No training provided for new staffs and Salary Is too low.. We work with MB branch team most of the time we spent banking hours. No work life balance.
