Work culture is very worst than ever I have seen.BM is mostly not supportive and dumb. Management totally in out of the world.job security totally based on business But u have to do die without no support from marketing team, your BM,your ROM and Cluster head.

Worst management and worst infrastructure and culture no will be guide you and address your concerns and issues.lack of ownership in branch mostly keralites dominance.

The top management will concentrate more on earning profit.. The timings will be too late sometimes till 9.30 p.m, and work will be on pressure.. If a employee is targeted by cluster head you will throughout by some reasons. The work environment is like working in a old postoffice their will be full of dust..

The I worked with Esaf was horrible and even not interested to remember again. A normal candidate or a candidate from a reputed private bank can't survive here Very bad work culture Salary is only for a name sake,then not even know what all cuttings is from Salary.You will get a salary more than 3000 less that what u expect. The experience from esaf is not considered a secondary while attending interviews

As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
