...ea of concern for me is the structure of the salary component at ESAB INDIA LTD. I believe a more comprehensive and competitive salary structure would enhance the overall employee experience

1) No one pressurized.. 2) salary on time. 3) All types of facilities are available like CL, PL, Medical Leave, PF, ESI, Mediclaim.

Dislikes

1) Limited learning - only for work. 2) Higher management is good but lower management is not give any opportunities. 3) Promotion time is very long. 4) sallery is underpay.

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the jop training is not given to new joiners.

I have enjoyed working with overseas people and their support.

...roject. 4. R&D manger is good at hiring wrong people and firing good people. 5. They don’t follow any standards when it comes to salary, they just ignore employees contribution. 6. They accept all of the projects from overseas and ends up with delivering nothing in the end. 7. R&D manger got 3 promotions during last three consecutive years and engineers got totally nothing in their hand.

Likes

Except the long-term Probation period and Less salary during that period others experience was very good. I enjoyed a lot worked woth ESAB.

Dislikes

For freshers, 3 years training period this was very bad policy and during this period salary was very less you can only survive with this salary.
