Management is untransparent.company policies are very poor ,appraisals are bad and they give very bad salary hike.there is no carrer growth in this company.

This company is very bad. They not care about the employees. Night shift employees work in toxic environment. A guy name harish work in night shift is a boot licker of management and he think himself a company owner try control everyone.not leave any opportunity to show other down. if you no follow his rules and command. He complaint to management and they believe him even if he lie to them. He get angry in small things and try to win every argument even he wrong and threaten other employees. He think he is right always and think other idiot and dumb. not accept his mistake and always show his attitude and toxicity to other. He come late He is destroying the company. I left company. He the main reason.

The place is more like a family rather than a workplace. Working at SERP Consultancy is definitely one of the best opportunities that i have got in my life. I have learned a lot and my skill sets have grown more than i could have imagined.
