The overall work atmosphere is great.Its very homely and everyone is supportive. Especially,the Director is very friendly and approachable and wont let you down provided you reach your sales target.aAvery honest and bold person. and would always go that extra mile to encourage the hard working and sincere employees.Whatever he promises,he keeps up to it.One can take as many breaks, provided his target is achieved and he is consistent. Overall a good company to work with.

Dislikes

Pros are MORE than the cons though I,personally being a victim of it.There is only 1 washroom for all the employees and one needs to practically stand in a queue to use it.Thats the main hiccup.

Coordination with seniors and the Owners ( Pinak Ranjan Shome ).. Seniors are supportive and you can learn from them alot...Owner believes in growth and will give full support for that... Best place to work where you can expect stability and scope...
