Eridani Fashions Pvt. Ltd. offers no job security and is plagued by toxic management, micromanagement, and a blatant disregard for work ethics. Employees are not trusted, and confidentiality is nonexistent. The office environment is unsanitary, with unclean facilities, poor water supply, and leaking walls. Employees are fired without valid reasons, solely based on vague notions of "not fitting the vibe." Moreover, the CEO and COO, acting as directors and reporting bosses, demonstrate indecisiveness and favoritism towards certain employees. Their leadership is compromised by inconsistent decisions and biased treatment. This company's practices are utterly unacceptable and unprofessional. Proceed with extreme caution, as your career and well-being are at stake.
