...'s terrible. There is a huge discrimination between direct and 3rd party hiring.Moreover no growth opportunities are there for them and salary structure is very low.But if an engineer is hired directly then it's avargae.

No promotion Salary very less compared to market standards. Night allowance is same since many years Politics everywhere. Only boot lickers get good ASR and promotion. Almost nill increament. Goals are very tough every year but ASR and ratings are nothing compared to that
