Only company infrastructure is good

Dislikes

...at average tenure is around 1 year in the department. No job or income growth... management says budget for HR salary review is low so don't expect much increase. At the same time...favorite and related people in the team are getting offcycle compensation increase twice a year. HR has access and obligation to monitor these changes. But nobody questions why compensation increase 2 times a year. Clearly higher management is biased and doesn't lead positively by example. I can go on and on...but the above statements are facts and describe real incidents..so these should be enough for you to decide whether Ericsson is a good place to work or not

It's an ideal company for working a woman.personal life can be balanced as well while working.work hours are fixed for administrative job

Excellent company to work for. Complete satisfaction in working in the company. There is complete Work Life Balance in the company. Seniors were very helpful and supportive.

Ericsson is my MNC, I am working here in PMO pool. I feel to great with Ericsson. It provides you cab for both side, balance work life, nice ambience and training before enengaged any projects.

Maybe some people get great package but I had joined at low package but I am performing very well my boss give me just few appreciation points and reward but in case of increment he just give hardly 5-8% this is extremely low.

Nothing to be liked for this company

Dislikes

... time and pass on the messages from upper management to team members. That's it. For this work they are paid huge salary and the engineers who do the whole delivery for the customer, they are left to justify for each and every goal that is fabricated by managers.
